Payments made to and from Affiliate ROI additionally require the collection of personally identifiable information that may include bank account information and credit card numbers. This information is used for service, media delivery, contact, billing and accounts payable purposes. Phone numbers may be used to contact you for sales or inventory acquisition purposes. We will not sell or rent this information to non-Affiliate ROI related entities and affiliates. All information collection is explicit, voluntary, and manually entered by you or your agent.
Information Use and Sharing.
We may share your information with affiliated companies, Affiliate ROI web application partners and certain third parties when necessary to conduct business, such as clearing a credit card transaction for an advertising campaign purchase or making an ACH direct deposit to pay a Publisher or as required by law. Affiliate ROI may provide email address and basic account data to an Advertiser, Publisher or third party to facilitate a potential or continued working relationship between the third party, Advertiser and Publisher or for compliance matters. Once an affiliation is established, Advertiser and Publisher (or their agents or other designated third parties) are privy to their respective campaign information and personally identifiable information, including anonymous Internet user transaction data for Internet users referred by Publisher and any other information that you may instruct Affiliate ROI to disclose. We may share your information with select third parties for their marketing purposes. We may also use your information to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, detect and protect against error, fraud or other criminal activity, enforce our Terms of Service, and for any other purposes that we deem appropriate. We may use your information to contact you (by email, phone, text message and/or mail) for our own marketing or business purposes or to provide special offers from our marketing partners. We may also your information to contact you regarding any problems with your application or account and for any issues related to website misuse.
Affiliate ROI may, from time to time, use "gallery" pages to identify Publishers and Advertisers by business identity only. In the event that Affiliate ROI is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information we have collected from you as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. In the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, we may not be able to control how your information is treated, transferred, or used.
This website employs reasonable security measures to ensure the security of data you provide to us through the site.
